    A quiet day today.

Organising my budget, sorting out how much I need to save to pay my tax bill in Jan (I have worst case scenario in head!)
Lidl shop for weekend stuff - away from Sunday-Tues so only need to plan for two days!

Feeling much more in control again. Listed a few bits on vinted but been on for two weeks with no biters, so may just take to charity shop because I need the space - I'll reduce one last time because a pound or two is better than nothing!

  • You may get a flurry of sales after the bank holiday when people have been paid. It's worth sending offers to anyone who adds to favourites and offer a reduced price or any additional info/photos.

Hope you have a fab time away, any thoughts on what you'll be cooking? Now my cards are clear I'm constantly thinking about food :D (mainly because of the diet)

Plan is nice veg chilli one night and just a jacket potato the other night. I was going to do meat chilli until I saw price of mince! Think I'll need to start growing my own veg soon 😂

Thinking of payday, I might list a couple of other items on vinted. A virtually new pair of jeans for £2.50 currently and still noone wants it!

£9 prolific survey done earlier. Now just need to wait for it to clear.

Sold a pair of jeans for £2.50 and listed a couple of other items. Got £19 waiting to clear on prolific. Quiet day today, just a wander around town, feeling a little bit hayfevery, but did get outside and mow the lawn and plant a load of sunflower seeds!

Spent £12 on a white jacket for 3 weddings we need to go to this summer 😊 whole outfit so far has cost £16. Just need to find shoes now, although I've got until July. Now to sit and read for half an hour in peace 😊

So nothing finance based today. Today I ran a 19 mile race. So pleased with myself, longest run in about 2 years! Slow, but completed.

Now sat outside a pub having a beer to celebrate 🥳

Legs have just about recovered today. At work, trying to distract myself from actually working - wishing I had time to go for a walk in the sun, but sadly meeting at lunchtime today and teaching all afternoon.

£15 cashed out from prolific and £6 vinted sales waiting to clear. Put a payment over to loan - I'll update total when interest is added.

No spend day today - too busy at work and tutoring after so won't be done until 8 this evening - good for my purse not so good for my calmness!

Hope everyone's day is going well :)

  • It's great that your legs are on the mend.  I always secretly like the days where I'm too busy for spending haha
