  • Morning, quick cuppa and then i'm going to get dressed and walk the dogs.

I didn't see New year in with DH as he had an emergency at work and didn't get in until 1am and was up again for work at 5am  :(, this is why the mortgage needs to go he can't continue to work like this.

Was going to do a New year roast but apparently everyone is sick of roast dinners so curry for tea tonight.

A day of tidying, was going to take tree down but might leave it until Monday.
  • Dogs walked, chickens sorted and log baskets filled. Although the weather is unseasonable warm and we are using less wood and the CH is on much less than this time last year.

I have decluttered 2 items, a pile of magazines/papers and some old plant pots.

£10 into paypal from surveys, withdrawn and i have sent a overpayment of £110 to CC1.

Managed to get some housework done and we are looking a bit tidier, christmas treats have been put away instead of sat on the sideboard, hoovered and mopped all of downstairs, sock basket sorted out and paired up and odd ones thrown away.

    Decluttered another 9 items -
Bottle of liqueur that MIL bought a few years ago, disgusting and don't know why it was still in the cupboard.
Out of date protein bars of DS.
    Belt
    Nail varnish
    Hamster dust
    Tangled wool
    pair of uncomfortable shoes
    file
    carrier bag of odd socks

Also redeemed and received £3 of amazon vouchers.

Great to have you back penny! Good luck with all your plans, would be fantastic to get your mortgage paid so dh can relax a bit.

Decluttering is always good, I've no idea why I keep things when they have absolutely no use!

    Happy new year, H x
