Had session with mr trainer yesterday 🥵🏋️‍♂️ On top of everything . 

He will tell me off about 🥖 in the very near future 😾 . Having said that , I'm still trying to box around with ideas on how to be able to keep it albeit at a minimum

This morning fun and games with the Amazon ..
For the first time for wat seems like ages, I received a call from Indian call centre. I obviously never gave my info but asked her " who are you speaking to ?"
She gave me wrong answer so I politely told her she had wrong no and hung up.
i did report this on the app.
This led me to check my Amazon app. Mmm...audible premium + I don't think so! 

£11.93 !! So I contacted customer services, which ended up in USA 🇺🇸

Got cut off there, but didn't think anybody would be there .
So, got a polite apologetic email from nice American lady and hopefully I'll get refunded eventually .
What intrigued me as I was going through transactions Audible premium plus appears under purchases I made and it seems like only 1 transaction not authorised by me has been made. Confusing and annoying ! 

So just a reminder to anyone else on the Amazon ..routinely check your orders !

This morning I finally decided to check the light switches ( bathroom and extractor fan ) 
Everything seems fine 🤞
Just now I get call from electrician ⚡️. He has just come back from holiday . 

I told him the issue and he won't charge huge amount if I did need him . 

It sounds like there was /is a loose connection .  He assured me that the the switch won't bang 💥. He could have fitted me in for Friday but I said leave it for now and I know he will be there if I need him . The worst I'll hear is a crackle apparently , but if it comes back again I'll get it done . Best be safe than sorry and it won't cost as much as replacing the down lights which will be whenever . 

The boiler has been dropping pressure a few times since December ( or earlier and I didn't notice ). As I as adjusting the pressure this morning my fingers locked and the pressure is just over 2 ( one and a half is where is supposed to be ) . Still in the green zone.. ..just! 
As my boiler is due to be serviced this month ( no reminder from Worcester Bosch ) , I'll call them and book a service so the boiler will still be under guarantee. 5 years left.

Last night I recoded an effort on my synthesisers and uploaded it to soundcloud .🎶
I received a notification that my track breaches copyright as it sounds too much like I've ripped off another artist and it has been removed . Well, I sound nothing like that artist ( techno ) . He is far more polished and professional . If I were to dispute it , soundcloud may want costs .
Ridiculous and funny at the same time .  

Tomorrow is my phone conversation with careers officer regarding cv etc .📞
That'll be interesting . All part of keeping up the u c commitments

I had the loose connection thing in my old home. The lights flickered. It was a bit eerie until the electrician explained what it was!

A different Monday today ! 

I met up with local friend . We walked to Poole  and back 🐾 and had a couple of coffees☕️☕️. I still have the buzz from the cappuccinos now ! 

Had the call from careers adviser .📞....

I was being my usual self ( helpful, accommodating , always agreeing , saying yes &giving permission etc ) 
The call was for an hour ! I jmust admit I expected 20 mins or so. 

My speech only stammered a little but that was good so mr adviser can see I have various " issues" shall we say 😼. 

In a way I half know what to expect because I've been around the block many times before in terms of life experience .

I did have to speak up explaining I don't want to work with the public , I cannot do warehouse work and basically have to explain that I shouldn't be considered for standard basic crap and that they have to listen to me rather than Chuck me into something and make me out to be difficult . 

There are a few attachments sent to me which I have just browsed. 

What annoyed me was , I was put forward for a digital course next Monday ( free Amazon tablet ) and nit told where it was etc unless it's to do course at home.
As I'm a Mac user , I'll have to see if my £5 eBay purchase of Microsoft offfice still works.
One other thing of note is that this is very similar in terms to my seetec pluss days before 😷. The chap dealing with me today knows the chap from seetec plus .
Summarising , I think it's a waste of time but I have to appease UC , keeping polite and hopefully remain unscathed and can continue to receive my payments without sanctions or hostility from job coaches etc. 🤞

Before I met local friend , I decided to phone Worcester Bosch to arrange boiler sevice.📞
I was a month early !  Having said that the service will be in April anyway . Not April 1st 😬
I think that as I was prepared for a costly month , I jumped the gun. 

I am waiting for renewal quote for contents insurance ( 31st of this month) 
plus I have to pay 6 monthly ground rent / service charges 🙀
Having said that, it looks like bathroom switch issue is ok and one less cost to worry about 🛁💡

I received an email from audible 📙 The saga continues . They want me to click on link and adviser will call me back . I called them something 🤬( onky muttering to myself)
I'll do that tomorrow . 

Other news ; the family opposite have moved out . New tenants or flat on the market.

Some of these really quite basic issues can take a ridiculous amount of faff to sort out, I agree, @another_casualty. I had to email 3 different TV licensing people the other week before an absolute bog standard issue could be dealt with. It's sorted out now, but should really have been a one email job!

I finally tracked down what happened . via 🇺🇸again also! The bigger the company ..the bigger the problems in terms of customer service! The offshoot being that I was charged for standard amazon purchases but nobody could tell me why audible premium plus came up as the payment. Tax reasons?? Dealing with people more wooden than sherwood forest was particularly draining. When they sound like they swallowed socks and asking them to speak up is so annoying!   🧦 🗣

This morning woke up too early  🛌 . Feel groggy but still went for walk🐾. I need a haircut badly , but will probably wait til it gets warmer   ✂️

I've just been looking at this new 'action plan' from national careers service. I printed the essentials 🖨
There is a digital course I mentioned yesterday , but link doesn't work. Supposed to enrol tomorrow for monday .
I did type in manually but that's for HR stuff and not for the likes of me. 
They're putting me forward for customer service positions (working from home/pt).  I don't mind that for a few hrs a week but it could be just hot air. We'll see. I've decided not to give information for this , that and the other. It's all about identity politics and today I am a bear !  🐻‍❄️ Tomorrow Matthew  I will be a Lion  🦁.

Today was going to be an awkward day for me , which I'm in the middle of..

Another morning of waking up at around 3.30 am 🛌 fair enough . 

This morning mr trainer wanted a 10.30 appointment . 🏋️‍♂️ Not the best time for me ,but sometimes we all have to get out of our comfort zone . 

What annoyed me though was A) His wife has a driving test 🚗 so session should be brief and no conversation etc 📞. Okay . However as luck would have it ...the video workout should have been cancelled ! Everything in slow motion like a thunderbirds puppet and the audio quality was akin to phone commentary of World Cup matches from Brazil in 1970⚽️

I told him when he briefly phoned up . He didn't want to hear negativity when I told him it was the worst session with him , but he knows . He is unde a lot of pressure so it's forgotten about now . 

I just sent an email to the careers adviser who gave me this ' action plan ' on  Monday ..
When I asked about this digital course which is due to take place on Monday , he was a bit shady . He told me it's on the link provided . I have to register today . Too rushed imho.
All well and good but ...the link sent doesn't work ! I tried variations yesterday and today but still no go . I assume it's a home study course , as I supposedly get a free Amazon tablet . I could do with another painkiller tbh 💊. He has obviously made a typing mistake 
After exploring I saw that the course is Mon-Fri 10am-4 pm . No mention of where etc
If it's not a home course then I'm probsbiy not going to be able for it for obvious reasons .
So, I decided to email him with the concerns politely metioned in this paragraph.

As I was coming back from my earlier walk 🐾 I notived the undesireable tenant going into her flat . I stood back and calmly waited for her to go in and do her business before entering the building .  

The flat oppposite is being revamped this morning for new tenants / put on the market
