My car tax is paid by direct debit every year and I personally exclude automated payments/bills. Also, it's necessary and unavoidable, you'd be breaking the law if you didn't pay it, so I'd say it's completely fine not to count it.dinglefoot said:Does having to pay my car tax today count?
