can't believe we're already into the final full year of this challenge!  Our December payment cleared today so I've sent my update through ready for the 25th.

February will see us leave the £20ks for good, and am hoping to end the year with less than £10k to go.  I can almost smell freedom!

No.5 has hopefully submitted theirs now too. Last time I did it for the wrong update - so I’m hoping I’ve clicked the right thing this time.

I checked about 4 times but I’m doing it on my phone and not computer so you never know. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Update form submitted. A slight increase in mortgage and no opportunity to OP as we finish the switch to a new provider but should be able to do a larger OP at the beginning of Feb and (whispers) think we'll be able to hit our target of 60k by this time next year 🤞🏻

Sent in my January update. I think I've also sent in a request to change my goal? Increase to £110,000 - The big interest rate increase weren't something I'd anticipated when I first joined the challenge (knew I'd have an increase just didn't expect quite as big as I got on renewal.) so I'd be pushing myself to far to get to 105 based on my current forecast.
