If it's do able , it might be an idea to keep an eye out in case these are discounted in a sale etc . in a few months or so . If something works it's best to stick with it.

I've given my trainers a good test today walking 4 miles and being on my feet a good portion of the day. Walking is definitely so much more comfortable (but they are hot! 🥵). My foot is a little painful this evening, but nothing like it has been before. So I am very pleased. I just need to keep building it up.
I've been doing quite well with the eating. I've been eating well, and lots of fruit and veg. I won't pretend there hasn't been chocolate, but less than sometimes. I've also not had crisps for a couple of weeks. Most importantly, I've been really good at celebrating the small wins and speaking well to myself. Instead of beating myself up for eating lots of chocolate, I celebrate that perhaps I had a really good breakfast or have done a little exercise, or even cleaned a bit of the house!
Baby steps
I had a letter from one of my creditors asking for a review so I've posted that off today. They offered a F&F so I sent an offer of £1500 which would be around 30%. Judging by their response to my previous F&F I don't expect it will be accepted, but if you don't ask, you don't get! I'd have to empty all my savings to manage it, so I'm not fussed if they don't accept, but I'll take it if they do!
One item sold too, so that was in the post today.

I'll weigh myself again before my next pre-diabetes session, so maybe 3 weeks or so.
