Does anyone have any recommendations for a decent music streaming service? I'm getting more than a little ticked off with Apple Music, as I'm finding more and more things just aren't on there, and what I did have imported into iTunes from CD's back in the day is now unplayable as it doesn't exist in Apple Music π I'm on an Android phone, but I have an iPod in the car, so it needs to work on both operating systems.Β
Also, if I changed to a different service, would I still be able to listen to Apple Podcasts? I'm not sure whether the two are linked, or mutually exclusive π€ΒMortgage start: Β£65,495 (March 2016)

In terms of streaming services, Spotify and Tidal seem to be both really popular (I occasionally use spotify). Both will pick up podcast streams as well. I couldn't tell you if they're iPod compatible (I would tend to assume that anything non-apple is not compatible with apple)Start mortgage date: August 2022; Start mortgage amount: Β£240,999; Original mortgage free date: August 2056

Have you looked at YouTube? We pay to not have ads, but I use it for music and to listen to podcasts because so many are filmed as well now.ΒStarting Mortgage Balance (June 2019) Β£72,000. Mortgage Free November 2025!3

Most podcast hosting platforms automatically (once you set it up) publish to Apple, Spotify, Amazon, YT and a few others. Most streaming services are both Apple and Android compatible. They all have their limitationsβ¦4
