@South_coast - What is the best flexible cash ISA you're aware of at the moment? I've been using T212 but the rate has been cut (as you have seen). Tesco at 4.02% (variable) is the best I can see for a flexible product that allows transfers in.3

You know, you're absolutely right 🤦♀️! I think the staying the course mindset is just so ingrained in me, that it never occurs to me that there is a possibility of doing otherwise!Merlin's_Beard said:It's an inevitable milestone but it's only inevitable because of all your planning, hard work, and commitment, and that persistence is the bit worth celebrating!

Thanks TG 😀 I have a huge Christmas holidays to-do list, but hopefully the break is long enough to allow for some days of sitting on my *rse on the sofa to temper it 😅!TallGirl said:Well done that is great news!! Hope you take time to relax over ChristmasMortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

It's a few months since I did my mega shift-around and mine are still on a few bonus rates at the moment, so I'm a bit out of the loop, but I was happy with Chip before I did the move (and crucially, they recognised the existence of pennies!) My everyday cash that moves around at will is in my Monzo ISA at the moment, which is a sub-par rate, but I'm happy to take the hit for the flexibility (while still keeping it out of the grabbing hands of the tax man)edinburgher said:@South_coast - What is the best flexible cash ISA you're aware of at the moment? Aaannd that makes a full house....😅

OK, so now I have the full amount sitting in savings, I of course don't want to use my hard-saved cash to actually pay the cards off, and instead would like to hang onto it for as long as possible 🤣🤦♀️ So the challenge now is to start paying them off with anything coming in via micro-payments, and keep the balances transferring around as long as it is financially prudent to do so. Oh, and repaying all the pots I didn't pay into this year. That lot should keep me out of trouble for a bit 😅!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
