In the meantime, a smidge of a pay rise has taken me to 11.61 years. I'll show you, Vanguard....😀

Do you have any pensions you could consolidate with them @South_coast ? I agree it's a hefty increase for people with smaller portfolios but I still think they're a great provider.

How rude of Vanguard hope you get it sorted. Well done on the pay-rise getting closer.

Thanks both. Can you move a pension into an ISA, Ed? Or are you suggesting setting up a SIPP and moving it across into that? I could do, I guess, although it would need to be one of the two big (for me) ones, and I'm fairly happy with where those both are at the moment - although it does upset me seeing the logo for the job that made me redundant every time I log into that one 🤦‍♀️!

    The latter 👍🏻

I've had a Vanguard SIPP since it was physically possible, I'm a big fan :)

Now my overdraft is being withdrawn 🤷‍♀️? It's only £150 (all I asked for) and I never use it, but I can't decide whether that's "bad" when applying for future credit?

Hmm, I've never thought about your overdraft affecting your credit rating. You think it's like a credit card? Good to have for your rating but bad if you don't pay the minimum amount each month? 🤔

And so it begins - payday yesterday and the first of the credit card statements has been generated today. £311.88/£1000 paid. Can't see there will be much left over for paying into the S&S this month, though on the plus side, £22.23 of interest has also landed in the Edge Saver today, so that has also gone straight off one of the cards 👍
