I've also just done my weekly check-in on the savings forum. I'm delighted to report that there is someone else who is now getting wound up by the 4 people who don't actually answer the questions they get asked and instead just make banal sweeping statements 😀 You wait, we'll get chucked off the forum for being rude to them, and they'll get to keep going 🤣!

Ah, maybe 🤔? I was screened out of every single one for months until I realised it was always on the question about the size of the company I asked for. I hadn't updated my profile so they thought I still worked for a business with thousands of staff, so thought I was lying to them every time I said it was 25-199 🤦‍♀️!

Great avoidance of food waste SC, but I’m surprised it was ok!

I had been keeping a close eye on it (trying to work out how long I could leave it before cooking the meal I'd bought it to go with but no longer fancied). It smelled a bit sour when I opened the bag, but I reasoned I don't normally stick my nose in a fresh bag of salad so I didn't really have a smell to compare it to. A couple of little bits were a bit slimy, but nothing inedible and no after-effects. 75p saved 🤣!

Although the real moral of the story should be that I need to take a long hard look at the items on my meal plan and be honest about whether I am actually going to be *rsed to cook them - I'm in a mega food rut at the moment! Still not done this month's new recipe (just lots of research), so that will definitely have to be next weekend or I've failed at the first hurdle!
