Moving swiftly on, before I get myself arrested "Minority Report" style....
In other news, I wonder what insights the box that transmits what I watch on telly to a market research company for £15 a month gleans from me watching an episode of Rosemary & Thyme from 2004 🤔🤔🤔???
It also has a webcam, so they can see if I'm actually watching it. I wonder what they make of me licking my plate (living alone guilty pleasure 😀) 🤔🤣
Thank goodness my spybox is audio only so I just have to be quiet while I do that! It does have to survive me singing along to musicals though.

What do they do with the video? Someone can't possibly watch it surely? Tbf, watching someone watching TV is the premise of googlebox..

Search me 🤷‍♀️ I guess it's something to do with advertising? I was just instructed to set the box and webcam up and then watch TV as normal. I know the webcam is working though, as I got a message from them when I first got it to say they couldn't see me, so I had to adjust the angle

I guess it’ll be like some of these surveys, where they track your eyes to see what part of the screen you are watching? Which doesn’t involve facial recording or anyone sat there watching you (which would be creepy!)

Very creepy! I prefer not to think about it in too much detail, and just collect my money 🤣!

Isn't the logo half of the stupid wheel that you get when things continually download on your computer but never actually finish?!  It just reminds me of frustration!

Ah, now it looked like an open book to me 🤣! That bit I can cope with, it's just the font they've used for "Prolific" that's upsetting me, it looks really 1970s (groovy ✌️) Although with industrial relations/the economy hurtling towards the 70s, maybe they think they're just being contemporary 🤣!
