  • Future Me had better be pleased that I did the washing up before going to BF's - because Today Me is not happy about it 🤣!

  • I've just been catching up on your diary. Hilarious! The mullet question in the 31st Jan 😆 🤦‍♀️
Love your research into the second home. For me, retirement would win, and I love my job!

  • Aw, thanks EG 😀! Funnily enough, I was thinking about the mullet question when watching the Six Nations yesterday - they seem to have a disproportionate representation in international rugby players. So does that mean they have more fun 🤔?

Ooh, I never thought of the mullets getting out there and having fun independently of their rugby players! Will be pondering on that all day now 🤣!

    First of the month round-up....
    (Last month's figures in brackets)

    Pensions: 78.8% (79.0%)
    ISA: 3.9% (3.9%)
    LISA: 23.2% (23.2%)
    Cash for retirement: 11.8% (4.1%)
    Cash for refurb: 5.8% (13.3%)

A bit more progress made this month, but not massive. I did a raid on the refurb pot to convert it to cash for the LISA pot so I'm ready to transfer it over at the start of the tax year, which is why those two have switched around so dramatically. No other perceptive insights from me this month, onwards we go!
