🎉🎉🎉 I Decluttered my first Frog ( not sure what it stands for Fear Real Organisation Grappling? Forgotten Repetitive Organ Grinder?   Fear Ringing Other Gremlins? 
Anyway, I finally reapplied for my blue badge.
Took the dog out in the early morning sunshine and watching her joy at frosty grass and ducks made it so worth while. 
Very sore hands today, but I’ve managed to clean the en-suite, I’ve been putting it off, it took 10 minutes, not sure why I procrastinated so long.
Going to curl up with a hot chocolate, purely to warm my hands, then try to write up a weekly routine. 

• 2 eDay item posted, planning to list again at the weekend.
• 1 Frog chased away

2 collapsed box files stuffed to the gunnels with paperwork from our previous house. Recycled paper and binned the files. Atleast 2 more to go.Bit like a treasure hunt or Forest Gump; you never know what you are going to get.

Manky haylage to the much heap.

A "frog" is an irritating or annoying job or something you keep putting off because it's going to take too long or you don't have the resources or it's just too big and needs to be broken down into more manageable chunks.

144-145: 2 GB data deleted.
146-155: items to rubbish and recycling
156-159: 1 bag rubbish, 2 cereal boxes full of bits of paper and the bin of cans etc to recycling.
Now up to day 8 on the no spend days.

A non-Friday Frog completed - meter readings finally submitted!

The bags and boxes of stuff that I have gathered in my car boot since beginning of 2022 have made it to the charity shop. Progress. Also, room in the boot to start filling with more outs when I get around to it.

bala - you are doing fine, just remember you have been through tough times and you are allowed to have days when you are feeling down. For me, you are Bala  the Brave, who wrestled a tiger to the ground and came to tell us the tale. Some people call them frogs, but that was a tiger.

I managed to get one bag of cans and bottles out of youngest roommate's room yesterday. Oldest roommate actually cleared out 7 things - progress has been made. 

Wherever the train goes is fine with me - I have been in every county in England, Wales, Ireland, Northern Ireland; Scotland as far as Inverness. All of it by bus or train. When I want to imagine myself being somewhere else, I put myself back in Belfast, Hay on Wye, Battle, Stratford, Killarney, or Inverness. I do this at the doctor's and dentist's offices especially. Easy enough to even "walk" around the towns I have been in so often.

finally a bagful 15 items to the charity shop 
my usual go to shop was inexplicably closed ,so into the childrens hospice shop 3 doors down 
,even signed up for gift aid .
includes 3 lidded pots / ornaments i decluttered when I was clearing my aunts house in 1995 !
no idea why I kept them 
lots of rubbish gone in recycling too .
