In honour of your birthday [ well, ok, I was doing it anyway] I've made a start on organising/decluttering my many tools under the stairs.

@Mrs_Salad_Dodger - Happy Birthday. Have a great week - not just a day.8

Mrs SD - the trophies are for winning go kart races. DS started to race his own kart when he was 11.
I brought down a random handful of stuff from RoD:
2 photos - DS
Schoolwork - some to DS and some to be recycled
Benefits letter 2005 - to be shredded
BT Hub box - don't think it's for the hub I have now. Mine is different to the one pictured. - recycled.
That's a bit more gone 😊

Happy birthday Mrs SD, sorry you feel so rotten... you have to safe the celebration and have a birthday month!
Everywhere feels chaotic but trying to chip away. Someone picked up the old tv unit from my dad's - I reposted, DB oversaw collection and its going to be upcycled to an outdoor cat house!
Managed to get DD1 ADHD assessment, can't believe with hindsight no one suggest sometime over the last quarter decade but we will see. Sent meter readings, RWork causing stress. Small team of 4 and 2 people leaving at the end of the week. Find out tomorrow if anyone applied but falls to me to keep us goingHave a lot of leave to take and asked if I can carry more over given circumstances - looks unlikely.
I think when so much have to just focus on a little square of clutter or moving something to its home etc or too overwhelming.
Have to drop belated pressie to neighbour's son (awful I haven't got round to it before) and hoping to send list of books to a second hand dealer... these keep evading me.
Take care all x7 -

954. Attached a brush door seal to the front door
955. Found some missing receipts that I needed - this involved going through the recycling only to find that I'd put them in a "Safe Place".

Happy Birthday Mrs SD. I hope you are feeling less grotty soon. Lovely skirt, lush colours.
Hi TJN,welcome. Do tell us all about your decluttering we are decluttering ghouls!
BBC,I think it's a very good idea to time yourself to do tasks. When I seriously CBA I make myself get up and do SOMETHING in the add breaks on TV. It all adds up.
So, I have decluttered a GP appointment. Aaaaaand relax. I really was getting quite stressed about it all (taken a month). I have new tablets and an appointment to go back in two weeks. They were so nice and didn't make me feel like a hypochondriac like the other surgery did. I wouldn't mind but it was 5 years since I last went with an ear infection! Not feeling better yet but hoping to in the next few days.
Last pressie ordered online for Crimbo. I do have some silk scrunchies to make. DIL put them on her wish list, £15 on line. I don't think so. I bought a designer silk scarf from the chazzer for £1.50,already have the elastic. She can have so much more for our budget this way.

Love the skirt. Dropped off cards and pressies to dd1 then as she'd lost her charger and been on long shift came home to find one. No iPhone ones left clearly worked her way through so bought her expensive one as shops closed but plug from home.
