628-629: 100 emails deleted
630-666: stuff to bin or recycling including record packaging, lots of tins as I've been going through the stash and using close date food. And, of course, the endless portion controlled yoghurt pots...
Hope all are well, February's a cruel month at the best of times. And this isn't.‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

1. Write a daily To Do list - only 5 tasks
2. Deal with Old Frogs & potential frogs ASAP but at least one on FROG Fridays.
3. Reduce/Restrict time watching TV and playing AB2 during daylight hours 😉
4. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bedI hope everyone has managed to stay safe this Friday 🤞
We have been very lucky here - Storm Eunice might have taken a chunk of roof off The O2 but our damage was restricted to one fence panel blown down - undamaged & lying flat in ndn’s garden + a couple of pieces of garden furniture moving about. The only other minor inconvenience was that every time we opened the front door we were attacked by dead leaves 🙂 As it was so windy, no sm trip for DH - motorbikes & blustery gale force winds do Not mix. Dinner was pork steaks, mash & peas. DSis treated us to a chocolate buttons Easter egg 🥳 Will do the wudupa after posting.
259 - 260 Kitchen recycling, magazine - recycled

Hi. Been missing for a couple days due to getting ready for Book Sale today. Made $362 (265 pounds Sterling). Decluttered several boxes of my books also into the sale. We only charge 25 cents a book or a bag of books for $2, so sold quite a few (over a thousand). We do this every month to raise money for programs at the library.
Biggest problem is one of the roommates is apparently having a mid-life crisis - and brought home a dog (we have one dog, 2 cats in the house and two cats in the backyard already). A husky of all things - when it stands on its hind legs, it is bigger than me. And only a year old. Life just got more interesting.
Really need to declutter now so the dog can get around better and so the cats can get away as needed.12 -
Good morning Mrs SD, I;ve just been catching up and read your sad news about DH's Sil - so sorry.

I sold the item that was lurking at the bottom of my wardrobe for a while, highest bidder (I offered people to send me their highest offer on fb) was £65, so with paypal and postage fees I am at £58 profit. Not bad and it has motivated me to find more thing to sell. I am having a tidy up today so might come across some more bits, although think the items I listed on vinted that haven't sold can go to charity shop now as taking up space.
I have a lovely cot size patchwork blanket I got in the charity shop, I sometimes use it as a lap blanket but I might gift it to my friends daughter who is pregnant for when she has baby in May. I have plenty of other blankets I can use and really think this one should be a cot blanket for a baby.12 -
Thank you Mrs SD.
I am going to get moving with 30 minutes tidying things to the bin or to their rightful place, then washed/dressed and breakfast, then I shall write a list with the hope of being super productive today. Hope everyone else is equally successful.

Hello all, thankfully we escaped with no damage yesterday, despite being in the red zone (reminds me of the airport parking sketch from Airplane, red v white zone 🤣) although during one gust one of our plastic down pipe covers went skidding past the patio doors. We also rescued 2 plastic recycling boxes which were dancing down the road, banging into parked cars, neither of the boxes were mine and displayed no house number on them. The annoying thing is that they were emptied on Tuesday, so no excuse really about them still being out and we had been warned not to leave them roadside 😡. I haven't done much extra decluttering except to give my front gate to the scrappy. We had our front steps widened when the builders did the drive and now it won't fit, didn't think of that did I ! 🙄. At least now I can help my Dad down the steps by walking side by side instead of me shuffling sideways like a crab 🦀
We're going to declutter ourselves on hols tomorrow so a bit of packing to do this afternoon. It's about a 6 hr journey so we're stopping half way and staying at a hotel overnight before picking up the boat on Monday. DH has told me that we can't re-enact a Kate Winslet/ Leonardo moment as the boat is too pointy at the front for both of us, see I know all the technical terms 🤣 We're going with DD and family so we're looking forward to spending some family time together, something we have done very little of for about 2 years. I am slowly getting back to myself and I'm sure this holiday will help.
Hugs to anyone struggling, I know how I felt and it's awful feeling such despair. Hope things get better for each and every one.
Take care all, stay safe and keep well

Reporting in as I have returned safely from my 4 days away in Yorkshire with small people. Weather was interesting to say the least. Not as stormy as further South but lots of rain and gusty wind with some snow thrown in. Small amount of facia pulled off my front porch at home but it is intact so DS2 says he can easily stick it back when it stops raining. Mr A delivered yet another parcel to my safe place (not!) Left in torrential rain on front doorstep. Neighbour contacted DS2 who went over to put it indoors.
May need a few days to regain my energy and get cleaning and sorting.

I am pleased with my efforts today.
A continual pottering has sorted a few drawers and cupboards to really quite tidy. A few bits for rag bag and a couple of scarves, a t-shirt, a hand bag and 3 coin purses for charity bag. OH had a couple of books as gifts that he won't read, so they have also gone in. A few bits of paper and some cards recycled, a reasonable pile of old paperwork ready for shredding. A few bits moved to more logical locations.
I have printed a couple of vouchers OH had emailed to me and popped in my hand bag for spending in due course. Also been to the farm shop vending machine to fetch milk for the week and done meal plan and Asda shop for delivery tomorrow. Laundry basket is reasonably empty.
OH has gone out and DD at work until 9pm, so I am going to do myself ham,egg and chips and a mug of tea and then see if I fancy doing a bit more.
