    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £229,702
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    It also means that you can ask questions like “What learnings where you able to take forward from the blah project into the wibble group approach, as I can see there are some similarities but also some quite different inputs?” 
    You get the idea - you will see the synergies as you work through the material and can structure questions around them - with a bit of luck you will get them thinking about what they have done over the past couple of years in a new way.

    * workout
    * spend 15 mins sorting books. I got the shelves filled today, but not necessarily with the books I want to keep - going to just do 15 mins a day til it's sorted 😊
    * 30 mins on job form
    * check headlamp and figure out a plan between us

    Seconding the suggestion of online scrappies - you put in the part and they can all quote (presumably only if they have the part!). We've bought from them before.
