Ha, I agree sadly, but it would be nice if all 3 happened!ยthemadvix said:Definitely wishing for the premium bonds, but think new job and windowsills more likely! ๐
Well, we made it to the end of today! Lots of sitting about, some tidying, much wrapping of presents, a festive visit from the neighbours, several episodes of the last series of Call the Midwife, and we were meant to be watching a Christmas film, but Mr Cheery is still wrapping my presents so we've not started yet ๐ย
Got a 3 hour drive in the morning - we'll be setting off at 9am to give us plenty of time, and I suspect there is a mouse in the car again, so need to allow a little time for a quick hoover and wipe before we set off. Meant to get a trap in there today but completely forgot ๐
On the plus side, we do seem (touch wood) to have finally evicted the last of them from the house - for now, at least! ๐
Hope you all have a very merry Christmas. I suspect I will be nipping in tomorrow at some point - I may need the odd small break from spending the entire day with Mr Cheery's family, as lovely as they are...6 -
Good luck with the drive today and have a lovely Christmas ๐ย
