    My old office, though much smaller, had a rota for the limited car parking spaces, so at least for one week out of four you had a guaranteed space and individuals could then swap if they weren’t going to be in and you knew that you had to park elsewhere if it wasn’t your week. A lot less faffing about but more restrictive I guess if you are not going into the office everyday. (Very different times where you had to have permission to work from home and a home risk assessment of your proposed working space at home - I guess COVID has changed those rules somewhat now!!)
