Your promotion is very well deserved Cheery. Excellent news for you especially after the rough time you've had with horrid Covid.

Congratulations on the promotion. Sorry covid has knocked you out
I think of you every time I drive past a certain football stadium every time I drive home from Hathersage - although I know you moved years ago!2 -
Thank you all, you're very kind 😊
Starts from September, so I've got one more payday at the current rate, then it'll go up (probably by roughly the same amount as the electricity bill!)4 -

Not that much energy here either, although it sounds like more than you. Mind you, I'm not doing anything other than sitting at a desk 😂
Anyway, great excitement here this morning - I had an email to say I've got my promotion 😁 this is the culmination of YEARS of me slowly working to tick things off the giant list of frankly ludicrous criteria so I am DELIGHTED it's finally come to fruition.
Just waiting for the results of this morning's covid test - could we be up for an outdoor cafe trip to celebrate?! Technically my five days of non-compulsory isolation are well over, but I don't really feel comfortable out and about if I'm still testing positive... 🙄Live the good life where you have been planted.
