Another Prolific study done, and £9.21 cashed out and added to the car replacement fund.
QMee is standing at £2.54 - might see if I can get that over £5 while I'm sat here and cash that out too.5 -
Right. Feeling like today is a good time for that Harry Potter marathon I was promising myself if I ever got ill enough that I had to spend the day in bed 🙄😂😂7
-
Definitely, HP marathon is a great idea. So glad to hear you're taking care of yourself, Cheery.2023: the year I get to buy a car4

I have to say the day is going quite slowly, albeit pleasantly 😂 I'm an hour off the end of the second one - no way I'm going to get through the lot today. Maybe over the next few days though...5

Mr Cheery has returned with chocolate buttons which, true to form, he is rationing 🙄 They taste like @ldi ones though so there should be a reasonable amount per bag. Will probably last me til September the amount he gives me at a time 🙄😂
He also picked up some more covid tests - we're down to our last two free ones now, and with his dad being in precarious health I want to make sure we can test before we visit or if we have symptoms, just in case. Also want to make sure Mr Cheery himself hasn't got it before he heads off socialising without me this weekend 🙄
Think I'm going to sleep on the floor tonight, on the sofa bed mattress. I'm achey anyway, but convinced this being mattress is doing me NO favours. We'll see how i feel when it gets to bed time.
Sent my friend some doughnuts via justeat this afternoon. I do like doing that occasionally. Three of the four people in her house have covid, so they're stuck inside, and they're all feeling rough and pretty fed up. I can't do anything to help of course, but did cheer them up a bit (and ruined their tea 🙄😂)
Went outside briefly to shut the chickens in, wondering if I'd maybe manage a walk to the end of the drive later. Er, probably not... 🙄6 -
That was a lively gesture with the doughnuts I'm sure they were appreciated 🍩Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

All friends welcomed 😁 can't guarantee you'll get doughnuts though 😁
Still feeling very rough, barely moved today. Even my eyes hurt 🙄 Might have another bath this evening, more for a change of scenery than anything else 😂 Been raining so I haven't even been ble to sit outside today 🙄
Forced myself to defrost a bit of frozen pasta bake for tea - didn't really feel like it, but also feel like I need to eat something other than bran flakes 😂
Onto the third Harry Potter tonight. Finished knitting my dishcloth - was briefly tempted to start a pair of socks but not sure my brain can deal with a sock pattern so have started another dish cloth.
Rock n roll.7 -
