£14.67 in A1d1, think/know I have blown my budget, with another 10 days to go, but I will deduct overspend from FebDo I need it or just want it.7

£89.80 spent in the last couple of days, on food for the week, between the bakers, the butchers, the market & the supermarket. That leaves me £57.35 to see us through... I'd rather it was a little more! But that's still within reach, the freezers are still full. And need to be emptied down now!Angie - GC May 24 £253.52/£450: 2024 Fashion on the Ration Challenge: 10/68: (Money's just a substitute for time & talent...)7

We’re still at a small amount left (not £5 something though, it was actually £7 something) but sticking to the meal plan and should only need milk this weekend!I told my husband no crisps this weekend as there wasn’t a lot left but if it was still there come Monday night he could have some Tuesday. Needless to say he went and purchased them from his own money 😂 I think that’s a win! Here i am again.... Older but not any wiser!

Update:-
So far this month, spent a total of 214.49 out of a budget of 250.00
However, actual spend was 164.39 because I saved 50.10p by using offers.
This leaves 35.51p to last until the end of the month.
I am currently only shopping online due to age and Covid, so I spend time studding offers and rearranging meals to accommodate this.
The 50.10p plus any underspend will go into my 'I've been good - do not touch stash' at the end of the month.

(OH's wine & the monthly delivery fee come out of separate funds.) Over the past couple of years we've fallen out of the habit of top-up shops & in-store shopping in general so fingers crossed, next spend should be in a week's time.
