Vibrating TV/Sound Bar

I'll see if she can try it. Also now isolated the Now/Firestick as same with both - even though never really suspected it would be an/the issue.0

Have you tried turning off Dolby digital either in the Firestick or soundbar (I don't have either so can't tell you how).. Seems that the extra bass that you get from it may be the problem....Worth a try if all else fails.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

If not done already move the sub on the shelf, it could have moved on its own in 18 monthsLe_Kirk said:
Nothing else in the room has moved. No need for a sketch as the sub-woofer is not installed in accordance with the manual, it is under the TV/sound bar on a shelf BUT it has always been there since she moved in 18 months ago. I appreciate (as does daughter) continued assistance.getmore4less said:

I am passing on info as I get it from daughter. I will get her to sketch a plan similar to yours to locate the sub-woofer. I was told she had turned off the sub-woofer but maybe she just unplugged it (or gave me the same info as you about not being able to turn it off and I've forgotten)! This is a recent development so wherever the components were located has worked for over a year without the vibration.Deleted_User said:I previously asked:
Where is the subwoofer located ?Deleted_User said:
You said you put the sound bar on the floor but where is the subwoofer as that is what will be making the vibrations?
Does it have feet(mine has spikes) or has anything been put between it and the shelf.0 -
She is going to try moving the sub onto the floor (in line with the manual suggestion) however, since it has worked perfectly well here for 18 months and prior to that for 4 years in her previous house, don't hold out much hope for a solution - not withstanding @[Deleted User]'s suggestion.0

Which is why I suggested checking the Dolby digital, it may not be something that was available before.Le_Kirk said:She is going to try moving the sub onto the floor (in line with the manual suggestion) however, since it has worked perfectly well here for 18 months and prior to that for 4 years in her previous house, don't hold out much hope for a solution - not withstanding @[Deleted User]'s suggestion.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you
