The car was on the land for an hour.

Why was no fee paid?

Broken or full coin machine, or no signal for an app, of failed card payment?

Or signs hidden and/or unlit and the machine tucked in a dark corner so the driver didn't know it was pay and display?

Or did the driver think sitting in their car magically means they 'weren't parked and didn't have to pay' (when of course, they were and did)?

Or was the fee paid but the wrong VRM typed into the keypad?

Or was the fee paid but the flimsy machine ticket fluttered off the dashboard?

Or don't you know because you weren't driving and it will be for the Claimant to show that a breach of terms occurred?

I was driving around doing a driving lesson for my daughter . We didn’t stop just drove around .

That MCOL history concerns me ... look what it says for 25/11/2021 !!!  Your defence was received! (And they've sent you the N180 DQ on 15/12/2021 - have you received it?)

Did you enter anything in the Defence box when doing the AoS? If yes what was it? (If you did then that is your defence!)

PS - your claim number is showing. You might want to redact that.
