Someone emailing a company for a SAR has to prove they are the data subject. Otherwise a stranger could email a company saying they were you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Can I do another N180 as I didn't really know how to fill out the one they sent me and submit it ?0

What do you feel you did that wasn't sufficient? What do you want to alter?Dannie23 said:Can I do another N180 as I didn't really know how to fill out the one they sent me and submit it ?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

As I mentioned weeks ago , you need to provide background information when asking questions , which is why Umkomaas asked you one in reply ! Which part requires a different response ? And why ?Dannie23 said:Can I do another N180 as I didn't really know how to fill out the one they sent me and submit it ?
Login to MCOL and copy and paste the claim history , let us see if they logged your N180 before asking for legal advice1 -
Ok so I have tried to login to MCOL and I have my claim number but no password to get into it . It states it should be on the response forms but it isn’t so how do I get this ?1

I want to re do the N180 form as I feel I didn’t answer it in the correct way using words like defended and that I just wrote that I was not parked instead of going into more detail of why I chose to say I was not guilty And what actually happened .0

The password you need is on your County Court Claim Form - about halfway down the right hand side - in the box headed Important Note.Dannie23 said:Ok so I have tried to login to MCOL and I have my claim number but no password to get into it . That is nothing to do with a N180.Dannie23 said:I want to re do the N180 form as I feel I didn’t answer it in the correct way using words like defended and that I just wrote that I was not parked instead of going into more detail of why I chose to say I was not guilty And what actually happened .
Yes, I can understand you may want to rewrite your Defence, but that is, for all intents and purposes, not possible.2 -
The N180 is part of the normal ongoing paperwork; it is the Directions Questionnaire about which court is your nearest, and any dates in 2022 when you are away or working/busy with prearranged events and could not attend a telephone hearing.
What you are now talking about wanting to change is your defence. Earlier, you told us this:The defence I submitted to CCBC was just that I was at no point parked and that it did not require me to purchase a ticket. After reading the newbie thread now I know this isn't what should have been written or submitted.
I am doing the SAR as we speak.
I am gathering all the evidence I will be conducting myself in a more legal way when responding from now on.You can't change the defence you put in, sorry, you are stuck with it unless you pay a hefty court fee for permission to amend it.
What did you put in as a defence, word for word? You kept a copy? All their statements are about breach of t&c but their t&care related to parking on the land but as I was not parked I couldn't of nteached the t&c thy no pcn should of been issued .But you said to us (I think) that you were not driving? Did you put that in the defence too?
How long was the car there and what is the allegation?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
