They are defintely giving that offer because they know they have absolutely no case - servicable address and booking confirmation of being abroad was supplied to them.Have not mentioned the fee to them or responded yet. Also wasted time as well. Gave them 2/3 oppurtunities not to pursue, yet they still done so.Think they are wobbling lol.2
