Check their website for service of papers , every court is different , Manchester court has several emails

This case is a bit different, as the main claimant has discontinued the case, but i am counterclaiming, thus continuing this case.What do you mean 'in this case'? When I made a claim against Fiat they made an acceptable offer but wanted a NDA. I refused and eventually they caved in.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2
