Would putting down not agreeing to a mediation service be seen in a negative light in front of the judges?
or in this particular case, would a mediation be worthwhile in your opinions?

or in this particular case, would a mediation be worthwhile in your opinions? If you go to mediation, how much are you prepared to offer the Claimant? So, are you conceding some degree of liability? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
