Yes, please show us both sides of the PCN/NTK, with all personal data redacted, but with dates showing.

Have you found the guide to court in the second post of the NEWBIES, and have you found the template defence sticky Announcement as well.

What happened when you complained to the landowner?
Where did the alleged event happen? It may have cropped up here before.

Has the keeper complained to their MP?

It would be helpful if you answered the other questions you have been asked.

If you want more time you can reply stating that although you deny the debt you are seeking debt advice, therefore you require them to put the case on hold for thirty days.

You can expect a claim form from MCOL at some point, so use the guide to court you will find in the second post of the NEWBIES, and the template defence from the sticky Announcements.

The sign is crap. It's forbidding in nature, and the amount of the charge is hidden in tiny font and unreadable, if it is there at all.

It's only a minor point, but the NTD has an unlawful charge for using a credit card.

What was the driver doing there, as it's a van.  Were they working at a flat or dropping off something?

How many minutes/seconds between the first and last photos of the vehicle itself (not the sign)?

  • thank you. i have read this.. and i think i understand. however, jopson was a tenant with a 'right of way'. i can't see how the driver could argue, not being a tenant. perhaps the driver would need proof of the delivery, but what with it being in 2018...?
15 minutes is not permanently parked.
  • ok, sorry. have just come across the wealth of info, which will be examined. many thanks
