So late
But this month Im trying to have as many no spend days as I can.
trying hard to shop local away from over priced supermarkets
no magazines, end up reading other peoples:rotfl: , also there is only so much gossip I can take.
Limiting all trips out, havent been in a high street shop this year (no lie)
Fair fed up with shops/supermarkets I want to live more simply, also fed up being ripped off.0 -
I am *so* proud of myself today. Been to Dublin for the day and when we got to the airport this morning I said to my Mum, 'shall we get some mags?' - got to the shop, picked one up and then went 'omg I can't buy one or I'll fail the challenge!' lol. And I didn't!!

Can I join please? I gave away 250 knitting and craft magazines on freecycle just before Christmas, all from 2007 / 2006. When we worked it out, on an average of £3.85 per magazine, that was £962.50!!!!!!!!! _pale_ That has to be total madness considering my financial situation. Needless to say I haven't bought a single mag this year and intend to get anything I need free off the net in 2008!Lightbulb moment 28th December 2007
