I used info@dcblegal.co.uk as you should get an automated response which will acknowledge that the email went through. Up to themhow long they take to read it then.

Given that you're doing this as a courtesy (with no legal obligation) then it probably doesn't matter which address you use. (Or use all of them).Jenni x2

OK I received the "very kindly" pre-filled Directions questionnaire N180 form from dcblegal! Which I will NOT be using, as per the advice on this forum. I waited for the none pre-filled form, from the court which I have received.
Q1: Is it acceptable to just download it from https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/954476/n180-eng.pdf
and complete it on the computer and also paste in a digital signature on the "sign this form" on the last page and then email it to CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk (is this still the correct/best email address?). This is the email I used for the Defence, but I have also read advice to email it to moneyclaims@justice.gov.uk as well?
Q2: The "Notice of Proposed Allocation" document that came with it, mentions "serve copies on all other parties", so do I also need to email the same copy to dcblegal and UKPC who are the Claimant?

Your questions are easily answered by re-reading items 8, 9 and 10 on that list you were following when you filed your Defence.
Here it is again...Rarely do we see a new question.

Ooops! KeithP to the rescue, thanks for pointing me in the correct direction!
Just trying to make sure you have something to do this evening
It's been some time since I filed my Defence! I did look in the Newbies thread but went down the wrong path! and could only find 2x references relating to N180. I still can't find the 8. 9. 10. that you show in your screenshot!?0 -
How about post #1 of the Template Defence thread?

That will be the one! Thanks Jenni_D0

Once the N180 has been emailed to CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk and DCB Legal Ltd should it eventually show in the Money Claim online "Claim History"? and if so, how long could it take to appear since the email?0
