First Parking PCN

@KeithP Thank you very much. I have emailed witness statement to the address for hertford county council on the hearing letter sent to me.
On the Claim form the claimant is First Parking but DCBLegal are acting as the solicitors. I cannot find an email address for DCBLegal except for a letter a while back where there is a general email address in header info@dcblegal.co.uk. Should I get in touch with DCB Legal to try and get a more specific email address or will this suffice ?
Thanks0 -

Thanks @Coupon-mad . OK I have sent to Yasmin@dcblegal.co.uk as well as info@dcblegal.co.uk. I have stated that as Yasmin Mia is the claimant's legal representative on the Claim Form, then it was appropriate to send to her and that she should pass on if that is not the case. No bounce back so it's got there I assume. Phew... Thanks all.1

You could also forward it to Paul@ and Danielle@PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am planning to submit my WS this evening. Thanks for your comments which I have incorporated. Can I confirm that all I need to send is the witness statement to both the court and the claimant (other party) 14 days before the hearing (23/09) ?
As this is a remote hearing, I also need to supply no later than 3 days before the hearing the documents in point 8. below.
The claimant should also have paid Trial fee of £25 by 4pm on 26 August. Can I assume this has happened otherwise I would have been contacted or is there somewhere I can check ?
ThanksPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

But make sure the bundle includes all your relevant documents, and also that they've not doctored anything vs what was originally filed/served.Jenni x2
