Is the preferred method to give access to the draft WS still by anonymous dropbox? Would one also include the exhibit/photos also (redacted if necessary)?
Also is it still absolutely necessary for the final WS version to advise of the exact dates of when my own exhibit/photos where taken?0 -
Dropbox is fine if it is a long WS and won't easily fit into the comment boxes on the forum. Yes, to pictures but only redact personal information. It is always best, if you are using photographic evidence to have the metadata embedded in the photo. If you cannot do that, just put a date on, after all, you are signing a statement of truth, why would you try to mislead the court?1

It's really important the timestamps are on your photos or they are no evidence at all.

The file info/metadata of the photos does show the date they were taken, by what device and the geographic data etc, but will that be preserved in the .DOCX and then preserved again after being converted to a final .PDF ?0

No not a silly question at all, its best to clarify and yes I have the photo file and it is .jpg0
