Paragraph 3 second sentence, you have some spare words.
Paragraph 4 - "I had been using it for over three years upon the date at the date of" and "for allegedly being in breach"
Paragraph 5, missing "n" at end of "sign"
Paragraph 7 you have a superfluous "that" - replace the second one with "the"2 -

No, I mean "......workplace car park or the on the...."1

@Le_Kirk like this:
3. I drove to my workplace car park on the xxth of November 2017; on this occasion it was at full capacity which can often occur. Like many previous occasions for the last three years when this occurs, I would find a suitable and safe alternative location in the workplace car park or the on the unmarked approach road leading into it.

Does heading require claim number twice?Is the last sentence in para 21 relevant - you have admitted being the driver so PoFA transfer not applicable."Pursuant to Schedule 4 paragraph 4(5) of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 ('the POFA') the sum claimedexceeds the maximum potentially recoverable from a registered keeper, even in cases where a firm may havecomplied with other POFA requirements (adequate signage, Notice to Keeper wording/dates, and a properlycommunicated 'relevant contract/relevant obligation'). If seeking keeper/hirer liability - unclear from the POC -the Claimant is put to strict proof of full compliance and liability transferred."1

Thanks @1505grandad are you referring to the claim no. that is at the top of every page? In that case, It will also have my name twice, if you are referring to page 2 ?
Para 21 yes I will remove the last sentence beginning "If seeking...". Thanks👍0 -
As ever I'm grateful for everyones input. I don't want to give the exact date of my submission deadline, let's just say it's in the next couple of days. So I don't have much time left!
So any other pointers please for my WS Bundle?0
