Does your account show you as being in credit?

Are you able to read your water meter yourself? If so, you can submit a reading online and TW will recalculate your bill accordingly.

Just thought I'd update (sorry about the different acc, long story) 

I finally got TW to come out & the conversation with the engineer was interesting to say the least.This was mid Feb 

He explained to me that my problem is not isolated & most of his calls are due to this exact problem . The oversees call centre is not fit for purpose .

in the month of monitoring my bill was 25.00 .

I did get a refund eventually  albeit 2 years later . If I could change I damn well would

It has taken over 2 years .I didn't get the full over payment but at least my acc has been put back to 0 . TW are the worst I think
