@Le_Kirk thank you, I don't have the original PCN/NTK as it was so long ago. I am going to get my mum to do a SAR, but I imagine it's unlikely they will provide it before the deadline to submit her defence

then put the claimant to strict proof that they complied with POFA , her SAR reply will arrive long before her WS is due

Ah okay that's good to know. The claim form has the Issue Date as 6th December 2021. Can you please advise on the latest the AOS should be completed, and then the defence? Thank you0
