  • @Redx thank you, how can we check if the claimant (UKPC) complied with POFA?

Look at the PCN/NTK and compare the wording to the POFA (2012) here: -

  • @Le_Kirk thank you, I don't have the original PCN/NTK as it was so long ago. I am going to get my mum to do a SAR, but I imagine it's unlikely they will provide it before the deadline to submit her defence  :/

then put the claimant to strict proof that they complied with POFA , her SAR reply will arrive long before her WS is due
  • Ah okay that's good to know. The claim form has the Issue Date as 6th December 2021. Can you please advise on the latest the AOS should be completed, and then the defence? Thank you

    Thank you

KeithP will give you those details from the ISSUE date, but as long as its done between 5 and 19 days after the issue date, its fine

adapt the coupon mad defence template, like almost everyone else
  • @KeithP can you please advise on dates? I'm going to get my mum to request a SAR so hoping they will respond before the deadline of the defence needing to be submitted

you complained about him back on page 1 so you are probably on his IGNORE list now

the defendant does the AOS online this weekend in order to get the full 33 days allowed
  •  Thank you, will get her to do the AOS tomorrow
  • SAR and AOS done.
Am I right in thinking she has until 8th January to file the defence?  (not that she will leave it right to last minute)
