Halifax Reward Account monthly payment.

Thanks- sorted that now.So annoyed that I hadn't seen the message about needing to renew. I thought it just went on for ever. £20 wasted!  Don't suppose they would back date payments if I contacted them?

You could politely ask... pointing out that you fulfilled the criteria - just wasn't aware you had to renew. At worst they say 'No'.

It sounds like you have only one reward ac? You could open another and get another £5 pm...

... and another: in fact you could have total of 3

each reward only lasts for a year. You are then notified that it's time to choose a new reward at least one month before the existing one ends. I've had emails each time plus I think there is a message in the banking inbox (which I rarely read!)

You 'could' have 6 or maybe more.... but if you're starting from a position of none or one note the the terms say 2, one sole & one joint.

that maybe is what the terms say  . However, in reality, a loophole, open a new account and then upgrade online.... did it last year
