    Hi thanks for updating again.

    #33 first overpayment of 1482.

     That’s money from savings to pay off 10% of our fixed part. Rest of wee bits will come off variable rate. Excited to be in the 48k bracket and hope to finished in 3/4 years but who knows! Thanks

    sorry to be a pain (already lol) but can increase my target for this year to £2,500 please (number 105).  

    Since the prior message I have since had a change of position as i have been fortunate to have been gifted some money from mom this weekend to clear off the last of my non mortgage debt, so i will now hopefully be able to concentrate on overpaying my mortgage again from this months payday!

    as such i am going to increase my target from £1,500 to £2,500 for this year.
