Had a look around at other accounts I have and found £15 worth of cashback and £7 in a quidco account, so now waiting for that to clear and I ll apply it to my smallest balance on the natwest card. I have been wavering about having only purchased one present each for my five children for Christmas but I have gave myself a shake and I am sticking to my guns. I think I need to prove to myself that Christmas is more than just spending money on useless presents and I really need to ditch this mum guilt!! Another find was £65 in my bag left over from my weekend of partying there!! All in an £87 bonus so not a bad days work for finding extra cash for my debts x"You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "2 -
I'm not a great reader of debt free diaries but came across yours on latest posts, you are truly inspirational. I don't know where you get the energy from, especially with the step class, its great you did one before Christmas even if its now stopped as it'll be easier to get back to it afterwards - if we are allowed!

Thanks @sammyjammy for your lovely comment xMerry Christmas to you all. I am having the most wonderful night watching Christmas movies, a small bottle of vino and some naughty nibbles. It is just me and the dog as kiddos are spending Christmas with their dad. I will do Christmas on Boxing Day. My fridge is jam packed with yummy delights for this weekend and a few bottles of plonk 😋. Not much progress paying towards debts this week but by the middle of January hoping to have paid another £1000 off debt. Budget for January is written in stone and not negotiable!!

Merry Christmas to you @Jill12. Make the most of your quiet time today without the kids. I'm sure you'll all have a wonderful day together tomorrow.
You're doing amazingly well with paying down the debts. That's a great payment this morning from rounding down! Tilly Tidies are brilliant, aren't they?2 -
Thanks @joedenise, had a lovely Christmas but ate too much food and drink! Waiting now on the kids getting dropped off- as no way was I driving today and Christmas 2 can get underway. But minus the alcohol today 🤢.

Thank you @Honeysucklelou2, I hope you had a lovely relaxing Boxing Day.
My one present stance this year was an overwhelming successful and it is a tradition that I will be keeping for future Christmases. My recycling bins are still pretty empty and my living room doesn't resemble a war zone. There is also no stress as to where I am going to store all the STUFF. Food was amazing and it has taken from 2pm until 8 tonight for my family to eat its way through the magnificent feast my sister in law cooked for us all. Also enough left overs to feed us for the week, saving me a fortune on food. Not a single drop of alcohol crossed my lips and my liver is endlessly thankful! Been considering if I could have an alcohol free 2022?? Back to work tomorrow. The full time hours are hard going and house work and tasks I would normally complete on days off are starting to pile up. However, I just need to look at the progress of my debt reduction to see that the extra hours are worth it. So determined to be debt free for next Christmas. 2021 festive celebrations have been a complete success x

In the next few days I am going to sell some items through online sales. I have jewellery I have been holding onto for years as it belonged to my gran. I have a few pieces I love and that are sentimental that I ll keep. The other items are very old fashioned and not my taste. Just not sure where I should sell them? I love to try and have a declutter as I head into the new year, this I am hoping will unearth some forgotten treasures and raise extra cash for my debt repayment.debt free £17653.02/ £17653.02, 100% repaid on 31 May 2022, debt free date 25 Dec 20225
