Hi there, thanks for the advice I do think MPs are a waste of space at the moment lol! I rarely use this car park, but noticed they had changed the operation when I DID pay! no ticket was issued as it stated. No ticket was on my car either so this is a shock to me out of the blue! I was going the appeal route first to see what happens??
    Thanks.

You have nothing to lose by complaining, perhaps your MP has also received a PCN from the compamy

Appealing to the IAS is a bruising experience. Very few appeals are upheld. The only advantage of appealing is that some judges see it as part of the process.

I wrote to MF regarding the CoP but like yourself I am not in his constituency yet regularly shop and spend money in Lichfield.

My run in with Excel was in Burton on Trent. Excel are on the Travelodge car park by the station. If you are ever there watch that one as it is very ambiguous. It is shared with another operator and there is no demarcation.

Ermmm...just a reminder of what we see on this forum and have done for years.

Why do you feel you must pay?  Did you miss the bit in the NEWBIES thread about how much notice to take of the 14 day discount?  Please stop looking at the stupid discount bribe.
