eBay - MC113 Your eBay account has been permanently suspended

Sorry - originally posted this in a different part of the forum because didn't know there was an eBay specific bit...
Haven't got a clue what has happened here but after 22 years of using eBay with no issues whatsoever I have been completely kicked off with no right of appeal, cannot buy or sell at all! My feedback is well over 800, 100% positive, I don't sell anything and have had no issues when buying at all - in the last month I have bought 5 items, with the most expensive being about £20, positive feedback left for the sellers, and received as the buyer. No unpaid items etc etc, my account should be 100% golden. And then I get this this evening, less than an hour after making another small purchase - a replacement screen for an iPod classic costing under £15!
I have tried contacting eBay via their web chat and all they would say is that I have been permanently suspended, there is no right of appeal at all, and they won't tell me why! The she just disconnected the chat!
About 30 minutes after I got the original message I got another one saying a bid of mine had been cancelled - this is a small car window sticker with a dog on it, that cost about £4.00 and was delivered to me well over a week ago, again, positive feedback from both sides.
Does anyone else have experience of this and how it could possible be resolved - it seems like eBay do not want to even engage with me despite clearly something having gone wrong somewhere - I cannot believe there is no process to actually find out why this has happened and resolve it.
I am not hiding anything about my account or activity BTW, it is exactly as above, no problems at all, in fact I feel I have been very lucky over the years avoiding any issues.

What is strange is that I have had another couple of emails saying bids have been cancelled on a few items I have bought over the last few weeks - again, only small gifts like a fridge magnet worth a few pounds, all of which have been received and feedback positive from both sides - I really have no idea what is happening!

MC113 Your eBay account has been permanently suspended
Hello USER NAME,
Your eBay account has been permanently suspended because we noticed activity that we believe is a risk to our community.
This means the following:
- You can’t buy or sell on eBay any longer. Any other accounts that you own or that are associated with this account have also been suspended.
- Outstanding selling fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven’t previously disputed will be charged to the payment method we have on file.
The safety of our community is a top priority for us, so our decision to permanently suspend your account is final and can’t be appealed.
Regards,
eBay Customer Service
I have no idea why. I have used eBay for about 20 years. I sold regularly for many years but I have mainly just bought for the last ten years. I have about 1,190 positive feedbacks with 1 negative only and that was about 17 years ago. I have left well over a thousand positive feedbacks for others. I have left 2 negatives in all that time and those were many years ago.
I have been very active buying this year with maybe 200 purchase of Blu Rays, DVDs and CDs and other small items.
I have raised a few item defective item returns recently for faulty Blu Ray discs but all of those have been legitimate and were not contested by the seller. I returned all the faulty items.
The only other possible cause is this message I sent today to a seller from whom I had purchased a Blu Ray disc yesterday.
That seller replied:
I had bought two items a few minutes apart from that same seller a week ago and they combined the postage automatically even though I had not requested that.
Chubsta, from reading in the past about others who have also been similarly permanently suspended I suspect there is nothing you nor I can do as eBay are a private company and can act as they see fit.
What can I do about items that I have purchased, paid for but not yet received if I do not receive them or if I have a problem with them?
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".

It uses the same address as mine but is linked to a different bank account.
I presume that this will also be suspended as it will not be difficult for eBay to link the two eBay accounts.

Do I have to go through eBay and get a code which presumably I will not be able to do?

Unfortunately, as a more or less non seller these days I am probably worth very little if anything to eBay. Even though I am a regular purchaser they will not see me as someone of any particular value to them.
Are there any social media forums that eBay read and respond to where Chubsta and I can appeal our suspensions?
