They're also good for when you come back from a holiday! You can bung it all in to wash while you do your shopping to stock up the fridge/freezer/cupboards and be done by the time you've packed it away in the car boot!
If the weather's good you can take it home wet and hang on the line but if that's not possible then dry it all as well. Means you don't need to have loads of washing waiting to be done while you catch up and indeed, even add to it while you're trying to do that!

As far as I can think the only washing machine in a supermarket car park I've seen is at Carterton in Oxfordshire - I took that to be due to the proximity to Brize Norton - someone has seen an opportunity! It figures that they would be installed elsewhere too though!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Have been busy buying a few holiday clothes on Vinted - pair of denim shorts for £1 for DD and an ASOS maxi dress for me for £3. I really like it but can see myself falling down a rabbit hole of - oh it’s so cheap I’ll just buy this. And this. And this…… So the app will be deleted once these clothes are delivered. Just too tempting and I’ve worked hard to reduce my wardrobe - don’t want to fill it back up with clothes I’ve bought just because they were a bargain!Credit Card 1 - £6249.99 £4,900

This is the very reason I'm steering clear of vinted. Every time I go near it I find so much stuff I could be tempted by, and I could see it being a slippery slope! (Plus I'm practically phobic about buying stuff I've not tried on!)🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Washing machine man is coming tomorrow. £95 for the part and repair - more than I was hoping but definitely cheaper than a new machine. Fingers crossed this keeps the machine going for a few more years.Off work for a few days now and looking forward to getting some college work done and some jobs around the house. Will be heading up to the bright lights of Belfast on Friday to visit the Ulster Museum (free half term activity) but that’s the height of the excitement for DD this week unfortunately. We’ll also use the rest of our restaurant vouchers for lunch out, probably tomorrow.Only six weeks to go until we head off on holiday. I. Cannot. Wait!Credit Card 1 - £6249.99 £4,900

Woo it’s been busy the last couple of weeks! Work has been crazy coupled with college and, well, life I suppose!Payday had been and gone. Will update my totals in a minute. I won’t get to the next bracket down this month but will next month and that’s positive. I still have a mindset that I’m going to pay this big chunk off the credit card and then need the money even though I know I’ve budgeted. There’s also a buffer within the pots if I really really needed it. Hopefully I’ll learn to trust myself more as I go along!Been watching couples therapy on bbc2 - obsessed! Both with the couples themselves and their dynamics but also the therapist and her process. With studying a counselling course, I’m so interested in how she deals with the clients and the sessions.Holiday is coming up - 28 days according to the app! Holiday documents were emailed to me today and I can check into our flight this afternoon. I’m so ready for this trip! It’s all inclusive so the spending will be minimal and we just really need the rest. Once I’m back, focus will be on the house. Radiators are finally being sorted on 22nd March so operation redecorate can begin which is both exciting and overwhelming. We also finally picked up our paddle board so can start using that as soon as the weather improves 🙌🏻Credit Card 1 - £6249.99 £4,900
