    And savings already sent over.

    Will be another tight month.

It's funny. For months and months I never went into my overdraft. Last few months since nearly everything paid off I have.

Anyway a week till pay day. Everything has been paid, but totally skint now. Transfer money from sinking fund to main account as went into overdraft.

That's odd. Do you know why?

Congratulations on nearly getting everything paid off

@peb probably because I was so intense and getting after it. I've took my foot off the pedal a bit more now, and saying yes to the kids more when we are out. Which I should be able to do.

Plus everything has gone up in price, except my pay haha

Pay day was yesterday. 250 more than usual.

I've moved the money into savings that I needed to do. Was the first thing I did when I got up, and has been moved into there various pots . Paid my share of holiday etc. after all my direct debits I should have about £500 left to be split between food and other things I need.

So I've changed sinking fund to a Float, something I can dip I to if needed, as some months things do crop up or I haven't budgeted properly. And to be honest, I'd been using this pot for that purpose anyway.

I should set up a new sinking fund in future for things like washing machine etc, things I know will break or need replacing eventually.

Also added an extra £200 to savings as got £250 more than expected this month, so this will leave me with about £300 not £500 now. Really want to fortify my emergency savings, so I don't have to use it for things that aren't a real emergency. And get these pots topped up and full and move onto the next task. Whatever that will be.

So got £7 in bank and £10 in wallet.

And pay day tomorrow. So made another month.

Not had to take anything out to supplement anything either!

So now. Like every pay day , the struggle what to do with my pay after all my essentials.

Still feel the guilt if inteybtonspend anything on myself and not squirrel it away for when it's needed. Bit there's a few jobs around the house that needs sorting. Feel like when I was just attacking the debt everything was easier. decision paralysis is what comes to mind.

Also I'm getting a pay rise from Monday. It was announced 2 months ago. Bit no exact number given. Just it's over inflation. So some more good news.

Yeah I'd made a mental list. But having it on paper is better. I should know this as it's only way I've been able to budget.

*Need to renew my passport. I set aside money this morning already for this.soon as was paid.

    *1 Window panel needs replacing.

*Car needs it service soon/check break pads too. No concerns about the car tho.

*Would like an outdoor tap & electric socket

    *2 garden fence panels need replacing before they fall apart. 1 x 4ft, 1 x 6 foot.

With what I've got left, could probably do one of these.

Sent saving to other account. Got £100 extra this month so I've sent and extra £50 to it.

Cut down on the car savings this month, just 20, and put the rest in for the passport so that's sorted.

Caravan is all paid now so that's £60 a month not paying out from next month.

And think I've only got 65 left for holiday , so one more payment on that to go…
