Claim form received from County Court

Hi, I've had no update from the court since I was emailed the discontinuance from the claimant. I've tried to phone to see if the appearance has been cancelled but endless hold type scenario. Money claim online just says moved to small claims track but no update since. Is there anyway I can confirm this has been sorted without waiting on hold on the phone for a few hours?

The date is next week. It's been a few weeks since the discontinuance was emailed. Thanks

Email the local court a copy of the discontinuance and state that you will reasonably assume the hearing scheduled for xx am on (date) has been vacated unless they tell you otherwise.

We need real victims to respond and I'm sure you will want the Government to hear your view about this greedy and aggressive industry.

Keep all the debt demand letters if you have them, and scan them into a single merged PDF to show the Government some evidence of the intimidating trash that these firms bombard people with, which is NOT friendly 'debt resolution'.
