    Doesn't matter really.

    The risk is what I pointed out but we do not condone deliberately not paying a fee to park.  It's not OK in that respect and that's what I would have a word about.  As a company is this what you think you should be telling your drivers to do?  I don't.

    Nothing wrong with knowing how to appeal PCNs.  Any haulage company should have a person who knows how to do that!  Don't criticise him for his method of appeal, it's easily possible to appeal non POFA PCNs.
