    You have been incredibly brave facing this head on.  The courts are generally sensible and now the DCA have to back off as long as you comply with the payment schedule there is nothing they can do.

    Congratulations on the outcome, remember whilst you did come here for advice, you also still sorted it all out yourself genuinely well done for standing your corner.
    Remember in a year or so, you may get contacted by cder group wanting to change your payment terms to settle the debt quicker. Remember you are under no obligation to do so especially if your circumstances haven't vastly changed. The debt will take as long as it does to clear.
