    Thanks @ohdearhowdidthathappen

I will ask - but may wait until I'm face-to-face as likely to get a better reception. Having looked online and refreshed myself with the law - I should get it especially as a work event contributed to my need for counselling.

I get paid a week on Tuesday. I got a grocery delivery the other day - so my challenge is to make that last until then. It should be doable although it does require me to cook. I had Mr A soup, lasagne and jacket spud and porridge yesterday. I have part of a chicken dish I made earlier in the week that needs using up - but failing that I have a portion of lasagne left. I also have more soup.

I want to try making another big piece of art this weekend so may nip to HC and buy another canvas.

Right best go and log on now. My house was 11 degrees this morning so have put the heating on for an hour to help it warm up. I'll then just use the elec blanket.

Well done on the savings.  Seeing interest being paid each month is very motivating for me too.  When I think of the interest I've paid on loans and credit cards in the past 😱

can you count your travel time on Sunday towards your work hours?  You did travel for work on a non-working day.

    Thanks Beanie Merlin and Blackcats

    Made up 2.5 hours today
    I already claimed Sundays hours
Will try and talk to boss next week

Had heating on 2.5 hours today plus electric blanket as I was cold. House was 11 degrees first thing so boosted it to 15. Tonight got it to 19 briefly. Don't normally use electric blanket in bed but cold today. Will probably turn it off soon. Added another blanket to my bed.

Trying to find the right balance...

    Glad it's the weekend

Sooner you ask, quicker they consider. Have you had an OH referral since your ND has been confirmed, as that will help pushing adjustments through.

    Thanks MF

    No to ohu

Woke with sore throat Saturday. Explains why I was so cold. Had heating on a lot of the day only to discover most radiators upstairs not working... Will arrange plumber next week. Have regular valve issues in the past so could be that again

Are you sure your radiators don't just need bleeding?  You won't need a plumber for that.
  • Look on YT for videos, or ask your handyman as it's a quick job to sort out.
    Hope you feel better soon.
