Thanks Left, Jwil, @Kaycastle and MF and WD
Thanks for the info - WD.
Well 2 kids bookcases sold and £10 back in the pot which is what I paid for them when I randomly bought them a year ago. They had cute kiddie characters on them and I needed cheering up!!
Need to make myself list more now. Focused on raising funds for the garden reshape and the dentist!

Yes, great to sell stuff and clear clutter at the same time.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Thanks. Went to an NT garden briefly today. I got there late afternoon and they closed much earlier than I expected.
These purple flowers were gigantic
Most of it was underwhelming... Although the above were pretty big and dramatic. Probably wrong time of year.
Hydrangeas were pretty

Thanks @try_harder jwil @Orangetoes lucielle and DIA
I increased my steps today which was good as barely did any yesterday. As I said earlier I sold the two bookcases which was great. Not fixed my garage door yet (won't electronically open). Will try customer services on Tuesday and see what they say...
Money wise - I succumbed to a coffee and banana and pecan loaf on the way home - something like £6.20 just there. In my defence - I've not been able to buy the latter for months as they'd discontinued it and it seemed to either be reinstated - or available at the services where it hasn't been available locally. I also bought some more curly w things.. £1.25
Food wise today - I've had jacket spud and home made chilli. For tea I had chicken casserole. I also finished one of the plum crumbles and had it with custard and ice cream. Put it this way - not sure there's any point going to weigh in tomorrow! Plus some of the above...
DD bought me some potatoes and carrots and something else - so £3.71

You certainly keep yourself active, having a rest day from steps must be needed
It resonated with me about you may have made a friend. I don't see any of my younger years friends, and my middle years friends either I have neglected them or them me. Feel a little sad but it is what it is. I really need to invest more of me into developing friendships again.Mortgage restart June 2018 £119950Re mortgage August 19 £110470, … Mortgage November 22 £85600 final 0% CC 3300Home renovations - £65000, mid 2018 - mid 20225 -
Hi @Moneyfordreams
I think as we get older making friends (and keeping them) requires more conscious effort. Since becoming single - I've put a higher value on making time for friends and enriching my life that way. Reconnecting with old friends I haven't seen for years this lunchtime. The husband is playing a gig near by and I'll talk with his wife - and I'm sure him after while there.
While I do 'steps' as part of daily life - I haven't remotely been hitting 'intensity' minutes recently according to my phone so need to step that up.
Just helped DD prepare for her performance review. Just what you want on a BH!
Enjoying an apple from one of my trees.
Now need to make myself shower and get ready to go out. Luckily it's not far. I may need to pop some more fuel in my car before pay day but want to avoid it if I can. Roughly mid month at this point.
