    covid is just such a pain isnt it ? 

    sorry your having to deal with naive people and exes  that cant be easy  stressful situations are no good either, sometimes though we just cant avoid them  :'(

    What watch do you have ? that's a handy thing telling you the stress levels, mine can tell me how ready I am for excercise, on some occasions it has said I'm 100% ready and yet i cant move off the couch i dont think covid was planned into it  :D
