Trying to speed up start time on Windows 10 (Dynabook)

So, that's addressed your immediate problem, but I tend to agree that with others you may have an issue that's slowing down the startup from a complete shutdown. That may be worth checking.
It is possible that Toshiba load some bloatware, or your AV software is slowing things down, or even that you have a hardware issue. I wouldn't worry too much about the startup tab in task manager. If you have a look at the services tab, you'll get an idea of just how many services Windows has to load when it starts from scratch.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?1 -

If its slow generally guess there's a possibility you have a non-SSD drive (bought on ebay?). Can you name the 10 startup items and confirm they're disabled? a screen shot may be simplerIf you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.1

Have you actually timed how long it takes to start up? If you were doing it several times a day, even 45 seconds would seem slow, although it's pretty reasonable.
There are all sorts of things that make a difference that are completely harmless. For example, the Toshiba may have a full memory check enabled, which adds several seconds to the startup time. Your previous machine may have had that disabled.
In any case, unless there's something wrong, it really doesn't matter. Just use sleep mode.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?1 -

I tried, spectacularly unsuccessfully, to take a picture/screenshot of the hugely very long list of contents in the services tab. I wonder if this is the problem, GDB2222?

check you have an SSD.... task manager -> performance tab (second from the left) -> look under Disk. Should say SSD and also should be running at 5% or less usage.
