I have read through the dcb legal ones, though couldnt find that many mentioning him and his company. I'll look again0 -
The background info is in threads by Rodent3768 and Hullensien and Voyeurmse and Viktor01 etc , plus I have seen a few court claim threads this year , plenty about no proper ability to get a SAR reply , rodent posted his ICO reply today or yesterday
Autosec has definitely featured on here many times1 -
Yes found lots of them now, don't know how I missed so many in all honesty - maybe spelling.Redx said:The background info is in threads by rodent and hullensien etc , plus I have seen a few court claim threads this year , plenty about no proper ability to get a SAR reply , rodent posted his ICO reply today or yesterday

If I may, can I ask if you are aware how I find who owns land if the land in question does not appear on the land registry? I also have contacted my local council's assets registry but to no avail.1 -
Setup a Group with the other victims , message them , because they seem to know a lot about it and have all been digging into this murky world regarding land ownership
I find it hard to believe that the land registry don't know who owns a piece of land in England ( or the UK )
It's their one main job !!3 -

Basic and detailed search on the link provided in the comments for the land registry bring up the above results. Neither of these 2 addresses are the piece of land in question unfortunately

Then I suggest that you are not searching correctly , so ask the land registry for guidance , it's their over riding job to register land etc , so if you have a problem with a site , take it up with them ! ( This is a Parking charge forum manned by volunteers, not a legal forum or land registry forum ! )
They have detailed maps of all pieces of land , irrespective of whether or not it has a name and number , lots of land doesn't have a street and number , it's the land that counts , not the property on it , or not
Try a land search , not a property search2 -
Thank you @Redx I realise I have been searching incorrectly now1
