Certainly do NOT pay anyone to do what we do free.  There's even a template defence.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

Thanks. I have seen and read the templates - I posted because I am lost as to what my defense even is as it feels like my memory against his paperwork.
    Thanks anyway for the advice
  • You can find out on the Land Registry website who the landowner is. It costs £3.

Thanks. I tried this and the property/land in question does not appear, there is no information for it on the land registry site.
Hence, why I then contacted my local council to find out more and am waiting for their assets registry department to get back to me.

    Hello and welcome.

What is the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form?

Have you filed an Acknowledgment of Service?
If so, upon what date did you do so?
Your MCOL Claim History will have the definitive answer to that.
    Hello!
    issue date - 22/10/21
    Acknowledged - 4/11/21

With a Claim Issue Date of 22nd October, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 24th November 2021 to file your Defence.

That's nearly a whole week away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

Where exactly did this alleged parking event take place?
Has the place been mentioned before on this forum?

In Hull City Centre, private land with an unoccupied building on. The company have been mentioned on this forum a couple of times, mainly due to the corrupt nature of the parking security company owner. His company are still registered to a generic address in Bradford though he lives in Hull/surrounding area. I contacted said company in Bradford who wanted nothing to do with the issue and asked me to correspond in writing to that address and they would forward it on.

Yes! Vile creature of a man he is and always has been, and the main reason I absolutely will not part with a penny to fund him.
